Australian Wood Review - WoodSolutions Competition

How to enter – Terms & Conditions:

Entrants must provide all details requested on the form in order to be eligible to enter the prize drawing. Sharing a project on the WoodSolutions website is offered free of charge and is required to enter the drawing for the prize of one $200.00 Carbatec gift card.

1. The period during which participants can enter the Promotion commences at 9am on 21st July 2021 and ends at 11pm on 4th August 2021 (“The Promotion Period”). Entry is open only to Australian residents, currently living in Australia. (“Eligible Entrants”).
2. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the Share your project form on the WoodSolutions website. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
3. Multiple entries per person permitted.
4. The Promoter is Forest and Wood Products Australia Limited, Level 11, 10 – 16 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000. ABN 75 127 114 185 23
5. The prize winner (“Winner”) will be announced on 9th August 2021 and notified by email or by phone using the contact details provided in the promotion.
6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Should the prize not be claimed, in the circumstances of the email or delivery address being incorrect, additional attempts will be made to re-contact the winner by other means. If, however, these attempts are unsuccessful, the relevant prize winner will be redrawn by the same method. Should the prize be unclaimed by 20th August 2021 a new draw will take place on that day to pick a replacement winner.
8. Forest and Wood Products Australia Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the prize offered under the Promotion if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any prize offered under the Promotion unlawful.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed, including, but no limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the prize offered except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these terms and conditions by the Promoter or the wilful or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter. To avoid any doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for loss caused by technical and mechanical malfunction which is outside the control of the Promoter.
