The Adelaide Oval Hotel has become the first hotel to be fully integrated into the footprint of a stadium, and has done so by using a lightweight, cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure.
Established in 1987 we are the building construction brand of the McConnell Dowell Group. We have the capacity and experience to deliver everything from small scale refurbishments right through to major developments.
