The fire rating compliance of Timber buildings is often seen as challenging.
Providing the appropriate evidence to support the fire rated solutions used in construction is a common matter for all building materials and designs. Timber buildings, Mass timber (CLT, GLT and LVL) and timber frame are no different except it is a new form of construction that does not yet have the range of products and solutions that other material may have.
Presenters at this seminar will address the pathway for deemed-tosatisfy compliance of timber buildings, how fire rating can be assigned to timber building solutions and available solutions within the market place. Other speakers will discuss performance solution approaches.
This half day seminar is a must for all building and design professionals considering a timber building design, these include architects, engineers, building designers, certifiers, developers, builders, regulators and educators.
Timber product and service suppliers will also be on hand to assist you in implementing timber solution into your next design.
