WoodSolutions presents on Timber Construction and the NCC – Current and Future at upcoming Design Matters National webinar on 10th Sept at 12PM.

WoodSolutions Presents at the upcoming Design Matters Webinar Timber Construction and the NCC – Current & Future.

Timber is the leading material in the construction of detached houses and is increasingly used in various low and mid-rise buildings. The National Construction Code (NCC), which undergoes review every three years, sets the standards for our building practices. Each review introduces new provisions that influence design and construction methods. Recent updates to the NCC include advancements in energy efficiency, condensation management, and the promotion of more livable housing.

Join our insightful webinar to explore timber construction and how to adapt to these recent NCC changes. We will also provide an overview of potential key revisions in the upcoming NCC 2025, including AS168.4 updates, and discuss the possible recognition of embodied carbon in NCC 2028.
