You are right, there is a discrepancy between Table 23 in the MGP10 Supplement and the output from our TimberSolutions software. Theoretically TimberSolutions should produce the same span tables as those contained in the AS 1684 Supplements, but there has apparently been some 'tweaking' of the spans in AS 1684 which are not reflected in TimberSolutions. We are looking into this further. Meanwhile, as the NCC referenced document, AS 1684.2 (and the span table Supplements) take precedence over TimberSolutions which is an industry software package.
