Massive timber buildings made from Cross Laminated Timber – ‘CLT’, LVL and Glulam are revolutionizing the use of structural timber in commercial buildings across the world. This was seen in Australia with the recently completed ‘Forte’ project in Melbourne – currently the world tallest modern timber apartment building (10 storeys). This seminar is intended to explore this new frontier in timber design and construction.
