Located in the Norwest Business Park and developed by Mulpha Norwest, The Bond is a mixed use development currently in the tender design phase. The project consists of 7-storeys of mass timber glulam frame supporting Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) floor and roof panels, utilising an 8.4m x 8.4m grid.

The five accommodation units comprise of 62 guest rooms in total. The pods vary in height between two and four storeys and use CLT floors and walls.
